Major Noble Houses of Reims
House Dallahue of Bellegrade: The first causality of the rebellion, the entire Dallahue family was slain after peasants revolted due to their food being seized to be redistrubted to cities around the Lakelands
House Shaw of Riverfall: Spies caught wind of the peasant revolts happening around the Lakelands so the Shaw family evacuated and moved to Warkworth to assist Tilling in stamping out this rebellion, currently they remain in exile
House Greenwick of Ragland: Most of the family was killed early in the revolts with a few managing to escape along back roads with the help of loyalists. Have massive caches of gold hidden throughout their castle that can help further fund the war effort
House Malroy of Stormtide: One of the two primary naval powers of Reims, currently trapped in a year long siege of Stormtide.
House Tillings of Warkworth: The original leader of the rebellion before Admer Brias returned from the Faewild, remains one of the highest ranking and most respected military commanders in Reims
House Brias of Medios: A house thought defunct after the abandonment of the prince Salazar, his brother Admer has returned with the help of the controversial blackcloaks. Admer has gathered a lot of respect among the old guard of nobles for his respect of traditions and very calculated decision making.
House Monton of Colchester: One of the houses with the largest military forces, House Monton is prone to several inerpersonnal conflicts due to their tendency to growing a rather large family leading to several succession crises across the house’s lifespan
House Thorpe of Alfheim: The other primary naval power of Reims, Thorpe is known for its shocking allowance of the goblin house Brittlebottom to serve as a vassal. The most liberal and worldly of the nobles, they’re also known for extravagant wealth and entertainment.
House Grimmantle of Brackenwood: The most religious and unpredictable of the houses, Grimmantle is known for taking the words of their blind seers as gospel and only engaging in activity if the seers permit it
House Blackthorn of Elkrun: The house known for its longstanding traditions of chivalry(despite their religious differences with the houses of Western Reims) they have continued to defend the Eastern border from the bizarre and superstitious Ibreki clansmen(though some of these superstitious tendancies have bleed into the lower classes).
